As a real estate investor with experience in Canada and the U.S., I understand the questions that come with buying, renovating and refinancing a property.

I’m also a college professor. Teaching has taught me how to break complex topics into clear, practical steps. I help you understand how the loans work, what the numbers mean and which questions to ask, so you can make an informed decision.
